Ok, so a bit of an update. last week I reached my 10% HURRAY!! I now have my Weight Watchers keyring, a little something to keep my keys on. I now weigh (drum rolls) 19st 5.5lbs.
I really hope I can be in the 18's by the time I go on holiday. I cant remember ever being in my 18's but I think it was at some point while I was at uni in Lincoln. I should really not have so much cherry tobacco hehehe.
I also tried on a dress I bought for a wedding on the 18th April. It's looking better now my stomach has shrunk a bit. I just hope I have enough boobs left to keep it up! I will post a couple of piccies when I can be arsed to upload them onto my computer.
Another thing I've started is boxercise. My god, I cant remember the last time I sweated so much. I swear, when I got home, my pants and bra were soaked with sweat and there was a lovely salt mark on my trousers showing the whole world how far down the sweat had gone. I actually really enjoyed it because the bloke shows us proper boxing moves. Some blokes who go obviously think they're in a boxing ring rather than and exercise class and really go for it. Honestly, men and their testosterone!
I think I'll go back though. It feels good to really sweat, openly and freely. I felt I'd done some work and I certainly felt it the next day when my stomach muscles screamed every time I sneezed.
Anyway I've decided to go swimming tonight so I'd best go and have a wee and get my shit together. I love swearing SHIT ARSE GIT BUMS (ok so bums isn't swearing but I like that word too)
